Launch your Scoutek app and go to the My Account section. Select Equipment from the menu.
From there, you will be guided step by step through the process of exchanging your camera for a new one, deleting a camera from your account, returning your camera, or transferring a camera.
Please note: If you have purchased a used camera, you should verify the original owner has completed this process. If they have not, you will be unable to register the camera under your account.
