Cameras are suspended when the Overage Tolerance has been reached.
For example, if you are on the 500MB data plan with an overage tolerance set to 100MB, the camera(s) will be automatically suspended once 600MB has been used. This is done to prevent excessive overage charges.
If this is the case, you can:
1) Increase your data plan, then click resume next to your camera(s).
2) Wait until the first of the month to resume service.
3) Increase overage tolerance.
Update overage tolerance by visiting the My Account section in your Scoutek app and selecting Account Options in the menu.
