Perform the following in order to troubleshoot:
- Check battery level.
- Remove SD card from the camera. Switch camera to Set Up mode without the SD card inserted. If the camera appears to power up, there is most likely corrupt data on the SD card. In this case, reformat the current SD card or insert new SD card, and then retry.
If the camera does not power up or continues to operate improperly, it is possible the camera lost power during a firmware update and will require repair. Please contact Exodus at 330-367-7598 or email@example.com for additional information.
