Cameras are deactivated for the following reasons:
1) Unchecked Auto Renew: Customer may have inadvertently unchecked the Auto Renew box. When this happens, the camera will remain active until it reaches the end of the data cycle, then, on the first of the month, the camera will be automatically deactivated.
2) Failed Payment Method: Scoutek bills one month in advance in order to provide the opportunity for customers to update payment methods as needed. However, customers may overlook past due notifications forwarded via email. Once the end of the data cycle is reached, the camera will be automatically deactivated.
